MAT
Mat & Small Props
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. Based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed, mat Pilates can be modified for any body, age or fitness level. Mat classes are done with or without props such as resistance bands, Pilates circles (magic circle), soft balls, foam rollers or light weights.

CHAIR
Chair Pilates
Chair Pilates is an adaptation of mat Pilates using a chair for stability. Work on your balance, flexibility and strength to aid everyday activities. This class is at Emporium Studios in Llandow and can be booked by emailing bookings.emporium@gmail.com or calling 01446 311535.
Barre Pilates
Barre Pilates is a sculpting workout that incorporates elements of Pilates and ballet. No dance experience necessary. This is a muscle endurance class that will challenge your whole body. Expressions of interest to meinir@gmail.com.
